The Academy of Makeup and Wig Design is excited to offer this Interactive Zoom Workshop for Mature women (and men)!  We will look at what you have at home and delve into the products that you have as well as what is on the market!  Learn how to properly take care of your skin, apply makeup to bring out your beautiful features and feel confident wherever you go. 

This 2 day course will enhance and broaden your skills and master one of the most in-demand makeup techniques; airbrushing.  You will learn vital knowledge needed to control, maintain, and troubleshoot an airbrush gun and its compressor.

Be a part of the booming bridal industry by learning how to achieve timeless makeup for every bride.  You will also learn the proper etiquette when booking jobs to executing them.  This course will cover everything you need to get started!

​Take your imagination to the next level by learning how to create beautifully blended makeup in the vein of Cirque or your favorite fantasy!! 

​Versace, Chanel, Alexander McQueen, Kors, Galiano.  These designer’s runway shows are out of this world and we will show you how you can create edgy, sophisticated, and out of the box looks that would be suitable for Fashion Week or your favorite magazine.

This is the foundation of Makeup Artistry.  It is imperative to learn how colors work together, the difference in lighting and pigment, and how to custom create foundation and color to best serve your client. This class is an overview of the major tenets of color theory.

This class is designed for High School, College, or Community theatre performers, Makeup Artists, and anyone else interested in basic theatrical makeup design and application. 

This 4 week intensive workshop is perfect for the aspiring professional Makeup Artist. A hands on program in which you learn and execute the skills of makeup artistry across different mediums.

This class is for the everyday Lady or Gent who want to know how to create an easy daytime makeup look and in the flick of a brush flawlessly change into a sultry smokey eye! 

Please bring your makeup and brushes and we can help you decipher what is actually in there, then re-train you how to best use your current products.

 We discuss the importance of skin care and how to manage the changes they are experiencing, the types of makeup out there and where to get it, and the age-appropriate styles out there.  Parents are encouraged to sit in on this class and learn along with their kids!  Boys are welcome!
